1. General Information

Welcome to Personalize3D. By making a purchase on our website www.personalize3d.pt, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, and we recommend that you review them periodically.

2. Products

We sell sculptures with a pine wood base and black PLA plastic. Because they are made from natural materials and use 3D printing technology, the products may vary from the photos displayed on the site. The wood may show differences in color and texture, and the PLA plastic may have small imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process.

3. Production and Shipping

Items are produced within 1 to 3 business days. After production, the products are shipped via CTT Registered Mail. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery.

4. Payment

Payment must be made through Shopify Payments. Product prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. The delivery price will be informed at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability
